• Processing a high volume of invoices (800+ per month)
• Supporting the wider finance and operational teams
• Updating customer and client information accurately
• Handling invoice-related queries by phone and email
• Assisting with admin tasks and projects across the invoicing function
• Helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes

What they're looking for:

• Previous experience working within a finance or invoicing team
• Strong admin and organisational skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience using accounting software
• Someone who can multitask, prioritise, and work to deadlines
• A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed
