Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team working on various construction sites across Birmingham. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day site operations, support tradesmen, and help maintain a safe and tidy working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting tradesmen and site managers with daily tasks
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Keeping the site clean, organised, and safe
• Moving materials around site safely
• General lifting and manual handling duties
• Following health & safety regulations at all times
• Using hand and power tools when required
• Assisting with site setup and clear-down
• Reporting hazards or issues to supervisors

Requirements

• Previous labouring or construction site experience preferred
• Valid CSCS card preferred but not essential
• Good attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well within a team
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual work
• Punctual and reliable
• PPE required (boots, hi-vis, hard hat)
