Our client, a reputable premium main dealership located in Stratford-upon-Avon, is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join their professional team. • OTE up to £41,000 including bonus scheme

Duties:

• Carry out servicing, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles to high standards
• Diagnose faults efficiently and accurately, supporting first-time fixes
• Support with the preparation of new, used, and loan vehicles
• Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure efficiency and quality standards are maintained
• Maintain detailed and accurate job records and documentation
• Ensure all work complies with manufacturer and dealership standards
• Support additional workshop tasks as required

Requirements for the Vehicle Technician position:

• NVQ / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
• Proven experience working within a dealership or workshop environment
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• MOT Tester licence (preferred but not essential)
• Knowledge of hybrid, electric vehicle systems, and VAG models (advantageous)
• Full UK driving licence
• Team player with a good work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
