Description

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure timely payments to all employees.
• Process statutory payments, including sick pay, maternity pay, and pensions.
• Handle payroll queries and provide guidance to employees on payroll-related matters.
• Collaborate with the accounting & finance team to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation.
• Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all tax and legislative requirements within the payroll function.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within payroll operations.

Profile

A successful Payroll Manager should have:

• Proven expertise in large payroll headcount on monthly and fortnightly basis.
• Proven experience of managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and tax compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
