We’re working with a growing food production business seeking a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Recruitment Resourcer to support hiring activity across the site. This is a fast-paced role focused on sourcing, coordinating, and delivering an efficient recruitment process to attract the best talent into the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes across operational and head office roles
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls to assess suitability
  • Coordinate interviews, liaising with hiring managers and candidates
  • Manage job adverts and ensure roles are marketed effectively
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles within the business
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Support onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new starters
  • Track and report on recruitment activity, time-to-hire, and pipeline progress
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition
  • Experience within a fast-paced environment (manufacturing or food production beneficial)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident sourcing candidates using various methods, including LinkedIn
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles at once
  • Proactive and target-driven approach
  • Familiarity with ATS or recruitment systems

Qualifications

  • CIPD Level 3 (desirable but not essential)
