What’s on offer? A remote Area Director position covering Essex, £55,000 basic, up to £95,000 OTE, car allowance or company car, flexible working, and the opportunity to build and lead your own high-performing team within a rapidly scaling estate agency model.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking estate agency that is redefining how regional leadership works. With a fully remote structure and no traditional branch constraints, you’ll have the freedom to build, grow and lead a successful network of Sales Valuers while directly influencing regional performance and growth.

Key responsibilities for the Area Director position:

  • Lead, grow and develop a high-performing remote team across Essex
  • Drive revenue, instructions, and overall regional performance
  • Recruit, onboard and develop top-performing talent
  • Coach, support, and manage performance to consistently high standards
  • Build strong local relationships and identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure excellent customer service and regulatory compliance (AML, GDPR)

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong leadership experience within estate agency  
  • Commercially focused, results-driven mindset
  • Proven ability to recruit, coach and develop teams
  • Experience in hybrid/self-employed or modern agency models would be ideal, but not essential 
  • Confident working remotely with autonomy and accountability
  • Strong communicator who leads from the front

The successful Area Director will be offered:

  • Market-leading salary of up to £55,000 
  • OTE of up to £95,000 per annum
