A fantastic opportunity for a Full Time Mortgage & Protection Adviser who is looking for superb work/life balance, where all leads, admin support, ongoing training and development plus full IT equipment are provided.

The successful candidate will be based within our West Midlands offices joining our growing Financial Services Division working within an Estate Agency environment.

• Competitive salary plus uncapped bonuses and commission – OTE 50k – 60k+
• Guaranteed monthly payments whilst building a pipeline, for up to 6 months.
• Leads generated from our colleagues in Estate Agency
• Admin & Compliance support with Case Progression included.
• No Weekends: Working Monday to Friday only, with a mix of early and late starts/finishes.
• Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification.
• Able to generate new business in a target driven environment.
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience.
• Be engaging with people from all walks of life.
• To collaborate with your peers within your branch to build relationships to assist in identifying opportunities for referrals.
• Be a terrific team player with the self-motivation to also work independently.
• Have a demonstrable track record of consistently achieving sales targets in the mortgage sector.
• Work in a consistent and compliant manner to FCA & Network standards.
