As a Legal Secretary, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners
- High-quality audio typing and document production
- Managing files, diaries, and correspondence with accuracy and discretion
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and third parties
- Coordinating KYC and compliance requirements across files
- Supporting billing and accounts processes when required
As a Legal Secretary, your experience will include:
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within Residential Property or Conveyancing or strong administration/ secretarial experince within a similar industry
- Strong audio typing and document production skills
- Confident use of Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Excellent organisation and time-management abilities
- A precise, methodical approach with high attention to detail
