The Opportunity

The business currently operates with a close-knit team of around 10 employees and turnover of approximately £4m.

The strategy is clear.

Grow the OE side of the business and allow the aftermarket opportunity to follow naturally.

The successful person will lead the team, develop supplier and customer relationships, drive commercial performance and help shape the future direction of the company alongside the owner.

This is a role for someone commercially driven, energetic and capable of combining leadership with hands-on business development and strategic growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading and developing the UK business and team
  • Driving OE sales growth and strategic customer development
  • Managing and developing supplier relationships
  • Negotiating commercial agreements and supporting profitability growth
  • Working closely with the owner on long-term business strategy
  • Identifying opportunities for business expansion and market growth
  • Building a strong commercial culture focused on performance and accountability
  • Supporting the continued growth of the aftermarket business through OE success
About You

This role will suit you if you:

  • Have leadership experience within the automotive, commercial vehicle OE and/or aftermarket sectors
  • Understand OEM account management and commercial sales strategy
  • Have experience negotiating with suppliers and managing commercial relationships
  • Are commercially driven, energetic and growth-focused
  • Enjoy building businesses and developing teams
  • Want the opportunity to play a key role within a growing group structure

The role is based in Buckingham, and you will need to live within a commutable distance.
