An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented Property Solicitor to join a prestigious firm in East London or Essex. Renowned for its high-calibre client base and exceptional service standards.

The Role

You will manage a high-quality and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• New build and off-plan purchases
• Lease extensions and enfranchisement matters

You will act for high-net-worth individuals, investors, and developers, providing a seamless and efficient service from instruction through to completion.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive in England & Wales
• Experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently - supervision and continued training can be offered to aid further development
• Excellent technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach

• Salary of £40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience and pqe
