Chef de Partie - Brighton - £29,740 to £31,720 PLUS £10k to £12k in tronc per annum - all fresh food restaurant
A great opportunity to join a busy all fresh food mainly fish and seafood restaurant in Brighton.Working within a brigade of 12, with large covers of between 500 and 1100 per week, a busy place, so you will not be bored!
Working 5 days on and 2 days off per week between 45 to 48 hours. You will get paid for every hour you work.
You need to have previous Chef de Partie cooking experience to a high level, cooking all fresh food, making stocks and sauces from scratch and great knife skills.
Also, a reliable and 'can do' attitude and someone who enjoys working and contributing to a great team.
What's on offer:
Salary - £29.700 to £31,700
£10,000k to £12,000k tronc per annum
45-48 hour week
5 days on, 2 days off
