Job Description

We are looking for a Production & Purchasing Assistant to join our Client, ensuring smooth operation of production and procurement processes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Processing and reviewing contracts and sales orders ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Maintaining and updating internal systems
• Ensuring Shop Floor Date Collection system is up to date and accurate
• Purchase order management
• Overseeing and processing all incoming goods
• Assisting in monthly stock counts, maintaining accurate records
• Ensuring timely delivery and updating customers
• Preparing monthly and weekly production-related reports

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a production, purchasing, or supply chain role is desirable.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with MRP/ERP systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
