Role Purpose:

Based in the Runcorn office, you’ll work closely with colleagues across sales and wider departments in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment. Day-to-Day of the Role:

• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to support business growth
• Manage and follow up on inbound leads, qualifying opportunities for the external sales team
• Provide internal sales support, including preparing quotations and processing orders
• Coordinate and attend UK & Ireland trade shows and industry events
• Support broader marketing initiatives, including attendance at an annual international seminar
• Manage and maintain professional social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn)
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer journey

Required Skills & Experience:

• A formal qualification in Marketing
• 2–3+ years’ experience in a marketing role (ideally within a technical or product-based environment)
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence engaging with customers
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce (SAP knowledge is advantageous)
• Proficiency in managing professional social media platforms
• A proactive, “can-do” attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team
• Experience supporting sales functions or working in a commercial environment would be beneficial
