Financial Support Manager

Newstaff Employment Services is seeking an experienced Finance Support Manager to join a progressive business.

The role will ideally suit a confident ambitious individual, who enjoys number-crunching and all things finance.

Holder of a full UK driving license and own car is essential as this is a floating role, where you will be travelling between the various offices during the working week. (Letchworth, Welwyn Garden City, Radlett and London)

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the MD with financial modelling across their various businesses.
  • Analysing existing Excel procedures and recommending improvements to systems.
  • Maintain and update financial records and filing systems.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on financial matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • All other related tasks as required.

Requirements

  • ACCA qualified
  • Ideally advanced/very strong Excel skills and experience
  • Previous experience in financial modelling is ideal
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel and Xero
  • Confident and a strong communicator
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and manage a busy workload


Full or Part Time hours are considered.
