About the Role

Datalaw is a legal training and education provider . As part of our growth, we’re looking for a proactive Progress Coach to support apprentices throughout their programme. You’ll guide them through their Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours (KSBs), keep them on track for End Point Assessment (EPA), and make sure all compliance requirements are met.

What You’ll Do

  • Coach apprentices through their learning, helping them apply theory in the workplace.
  • Run regular tripartite reviews and support sessions.
  • Ensure off-the-job training is completed, recorded and used effectively.
  • Help apprentices build strong portfolios and prepare for assessments.
  • Spot risks early and support learners who are falling behind.
  • Maintain accurate records, OTJ hours and compliance documentation.
  • Build strong relationships with employers and internal teams.
  • Keep apprentices safe, supported and aware of safeguarding expectations.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong communication and coaching skills.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload and stay organised.
  • Confidence working with employers and learners.
  • Understanding of apprenticeships and compliance.
  • A learner-focused mindset and commitment to quality.
