An international law firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to support its Restructuring & Finance practice group.

This role will focus on delivering strategic marketing and business development initiatives, including client development, pitches and proposals, events, campaigns, sponsorships, and market profile activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage BD campaigns aligned with strategic objectives.
• Support pitches, RFPs, and key client initiatives.
• Work closely with partners on business planning and client targeting.
• Coordinate client events, webinars, and sponsorship activity.
• Manage legal directory and award submissions.
• Maintain CRM systems, credentials, and reporting.

About You

• Proven business development or marketing experience within legal or professional services.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially aware, organised, and detail-oriented.
• Confident managing multiple projects and working with senior stakeholders.
• Graduate calibre, ideally with a marketing qualification (e.g. CIM).
