Marketing Assistant

Location: Cobham (Hybrid working available)

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role

Reed Marketing and Creative have partnered with a fantastic company who are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to join the growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their marketing career within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

You’ll support the delivery of marketing campaigns, help manage digital channels, and play a key role in promoting our brand and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital and offline)
• Manage and update company social media channels and website content
• Create engaging content including emails, blogs, and promotional materials
• Support email marketing campaigns and track performance
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Assist with events, promotions, and brand initiatives
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools

About You

• Previous experience in a marketing role or internship (desirable)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools
• Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and analytics (preferred)
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
• A team player with a positive attitude
