Your new role
This role focusses on full wet room installations within occupied social housing properties. You'll be working as part of a planned works team delivering high-quality, accessible bathroom adaptations.Key responsibilities include:

• Full wet room fitting and bathroom adaptations
• Plumbing installations and remedial works
• Tiling, carpentry, and general multi-trade tasks
• Working safely and professionally in occupied homes

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong plumbing background
• NVQ or City & Guilds in plumbing (beneficial)
• Proven experience fitting wet rooms
• Multi-skilled with competency in tiling and carpentry
• Previous experience in social housing (desirable)
• Full UK driving licence

What you'll get in return

• £34,000 per year
• 39-hour week:
  • Mon-Thu: 8:00-16:30
  • Fri: 8:00-15:30
• Company van & fuel card
• Stable, long-term planned works programme
