We are a leading law firm seeking a motivated and driven Call Centre Executives to join our growing Legal Advisors team on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will be speaking with potential clients seeking Immigration advice. All leads are inbound via our website and direct advertising — this is not a cold-calling position.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make follow-up calls to potential clients
• Convert enquiries into retained clients
• Promote and sell the firm’s legal services effectively
• Introduce additional services where appropriate to increase client value
• Analyse lead data and account statistics to identify sales opportunities
• Manage and update all leads within the firm’s CRM system
• Achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management
• Quickly develop a strong understanding of the immigration process

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ telesales or call centre experience
• Strong telephone manner and communication skills
• Target-driven with a proactive sales mindset
• Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
• Quick learner with the ability to understand legal services

Salary & Benefits

• £25,000 – £26,000 basic salary
• Commission structure
• OTE £30,000 – £35,000
• Clear progression opportunities for high performers
• Full-time, permanent position
• Monday to Friday
