- Take full control of a live, billing legal desk
- Strengthen and expand relationships with an existing client base
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
- Deliver high-quality placements across legal markets
- Utilise advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and video engagement
What you bring - Proven success in recruitment with a strong billing track record
- Experience in legal or professional services recruitment (advantageous)
- Commercial awareness and confidence in client development
- A self-sufficient, results-driven mindset
- Full UK driving licence & own car
Earnings & incentives - £30,000 – £35,000 basic
- Up to 30% uncapped commission
- Realistic £50,000–£60,000+ OTE in year one (fully transparent breakdown available)
- Quarterly and annual bonus opportunities
The environment & team
You’ll be joining a successful and established Legal division, led by Emma Moss, Director of Legal, working alongside Rachel (Senior Consultant) and Isobel (Resourcer). This is a team known for its consistency, collaboration, and results—where success is shared and momentum is maintained.
