Job Role of the Maintenance Engineer

A fantastic opportunity which is not to be missed by strong Mechanical bias Maintenance Engineer has come to the forefront. This is going to be any engineer’s dream to work in this state-of-the-art, fully automated, fast-paced factory. The Mechanical Bias Maintenance Engineer will join a team of engineers on shift to carrying out planned and preventative maintenance. They have recently invested into the site and it's a great place to work for any maintenance engineer who wants to develop their career both technically and/or into management.

You will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of fully automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.

Sector – Factory Maintenance

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Maintenance Engineer

• Maintenance Engineering experience within a manufacturing or industrial enviroment 
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.

Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer

• Hands-on mechanical experience with gearboxes, belts, bearings, chains etc 
• Recognised engineering qualification.
• Experience working within a manufacturing/industrial environment.

Desirable Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer

• Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
