Senior Ecommerce Executive (Amazon Vendor and Shopify) – Great British Confectionery Group (Montezuma’s Chocolates and Bristows of Devon)

Location: Based either in our Chapeltown office near Sheffield or our Birdham office near Chichester with some flexibility.

The role:

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Ecommerce Executive to manage and grow our Amazon Vendor and Shopify channels and our own Company websites.

This is a role for someone who can work independently, take ownership, and drive performance - not just follow process.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing day-to-day trading across Amazon Vendor Central
• Owning onsite trading across Shopify (merchandising, promotions, optimisation)
• Monitoring performance across sales, margin, availability, and promotions
• Identifying issues and opportunities — and acting on them quickly
• Supporting campaigns, pricing, and trading activity across both channels
• Owning and managing e-commerce for our own Company websites

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in ecommerce / marketplaces
• Experience with Amazon (Vendor or Seller Central)
• Experience with Shopify or similar platform
• Someone who can work independently and take initiative
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
