  • This is a business that combines global sourcing, product innovation and end-to-end supply chain expertise, supporting major retail and foodservice customers with high-quality, own-label and bespoke food products.

The Opportunity

  • This is a high-impact role where you will sit at the center of decision-making, helping to shape commercial and operational strategy through insight-led financial planning and analysis.
  • You will work closely with senior leadership and key functions across the business to drive performance, improve visibility and support a fast-paced, evolving organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process across multiple business areas
  • Deliver clear, insightful monthly performance reporting for senior stakeholders
  • Build and enhance financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions
  • Provide detailed analysis across revenue, margin, costs and working capital
  • Partner with Commercial teams on pricing, profitability and investment decisions
  • Support Supply Chain and Operations with cost and efficiency analysis
  • Identify trends, risks and opportunities to drive performance improvements
  • Contribute to the development of best-in-class FP&A processes, tools and reporting

About You

  • Proven experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance or Financial Analysis
  • Background in FMCG, food, or supply chain environments preferred
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
  • Experience influencing stakeholders across commercial and operational teams
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems / BI tools
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to turn data into action
