Description


  • Own the end-to-end HR admin lifecycle, from offers through to onboarding and offboarding.
  • Keep employee data accurate in SAP SuccessFactors and deliver clear, actionable reporting.
  • Build and maintain Excel dashboards to support KPIs and decision-making.
  • Coordinate recruitment logistics, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Manage compliance processes, including right-to-work and employment checks.
  • Support payroll administration across UK and US teams.
  • Act as the go-to for day-to-day HR queries.
  • Provide general admin support, including meetings, events, and occasional reception cover.


Profile


Essential

  • HR admin experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivots, lookups) with the ability to produce accurate reports.
  • Experience with HRIS (SuccessFactors a plus).
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
  • Confident communicator, able to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proactive, discreet, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Desirable

  • UKVI / right-to-work compliance experience.
  • Exposure to onboarding improvements or data cleansing projects.
