Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week (flexible start between 8:00 &10:00)

Who we need
We’re looking for a confident and ambitious HR professional to join our fast-paced security services business, supporting a 24/7 operational workforce. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your experience in employee relations, stakeholder management, and people-focused initiatives within a supportive and growing HR team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, generalist HR position where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with managers across the business, providing practical, timely HR advice and playing a key role in supporting our people and operations. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of HR activities, with a particular focus on attendance management, wellbeing, and employee relations.
