• Designing a recruitment function that can scale with rapid business growth
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on hiring and workforce planning
• Driving direct sourcing strategies that reduce reliance on agencies
• Elevating candidate experience from first contact to onboarding
• Using data, insights, and instinct to continuously improve performance
• Embedding inclusive, forward-thinking hiring practices
