Block & Estate Manager required for established and reputable property agent in the central Plymouth area with salary in the region of £30,000 for an experienced candidate plus Monday to Friday working and car allowance of £2400.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established property firm in Plymouth area working in the very busy Block Management department of their business. It would suit a candidate already working in the industry currently in block management or property management and seeking a new challenge.

Duties will include:

• Managing and maintaining high profile properties and blocks across the Plymouth area
• General enquiries and providing excellent customer service with an onus on client satisfaction and retention
• Administer terms of lease and ensure all legislation and covenants are adhered to
• Pitching for new business.

The ideal candidate will have strong property management skills, be an excellent people person and able to deal with sometimes difficult situations with tact and diplomacy. You will be organised and well presented with a calm, friendly and professional manner. Ideally you will also have a good knowledge of health and safety and maintenance, be IT literate and be a good team player as well as the ability to manage your own workload. You will also have your own car. This is a busy role and a rewarding one, with great clients, great projects and some significant challenges. You will not be bored!

Salary will be in the region of £30,000 plus bonus and benefits such as pension and car allowance of £2400 and core hours are Monday - Friday (although work outside these hours will be required on occasion).

Experience in block management preferred but they will also look at an experienced property manager seeking a move into block management.
