The Role
This is a fixed-term maternity cover position within a high-performing lettings team, supporting the onboarding, compliance and marketing of rental properties. You'll play a key role in ensuring the lettings process runs smoothly, acting as a liaison between landlords, tenants and internal teams while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the onboarding of landlords and properties
• Ensuring compliance checks are completed prior to marketing
• Uploading and maintaining property details on internal systems
• Coordinating photography, floorplans and EPCs
• Supporting the team with enquiries and applicant management
• Acting as a point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Preparing documentation ahead of move-ins
• Assisting with marketing materials and listings
• Handling general administration including invoicing and reporting

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role
• Ideally experience within lettings or property
• Strong organisational and multitasking ability
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing confidence
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proactive approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
