Description

The Property Solicitor will be:


* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating asset management documents including leases, licences and variations

* Managing transactions such as lease grants, renewals, assignments and terminations

* Delivering a high-quality service aligned with client expectations

* Working on the management of client property portfolios

* Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and operational requirements

* Working with in-house legal, estates and operational teams

* Building strong client relationships through proactive communication

  • * Contributing to continuous improvement within the service delivery model

Profile

The Property Solicitor should be:


* A solicitor with 0-3 years PQE

* Experienced in commercial property or asset management work

* Commercially aware with strong drafting and negotiation skills

* Able to manage multiple transactions efficiently

* A confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills

* Interested in working within a managed legal services environment

  • * Detail-oriented and organised with a proactive approach

Job Offer

  • Salary ranging from £58,000 to £66,000
  • Generous holiday allowance of 25 days per year.
