Key Responsibilities

• CTA and/or ACA qualified, or equivalent, with significant post-qualification experience in corporate tax within a practice setting
• Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team, with strong leadership and communication skills
• Technically proficient across a broad range of corporate tax matters, with the confidence to advise on complex and high-value assignments
• A proactive and commercially focused approach, with the drive to contribute meaningfully to the firm's continued growth and client relationships

Requirements

• Managing a varied portfolio of corporate tax clients, delivering high-quality compliance and advisory services across a wide range of sectors
• Leading and developing junior members of the tax team, providing mentoring, technical guidance, and support with their ongoing professional development
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to add value and grow the firm's tax offering
• Collaborating with partners and senior stakeholders on business development initiatives and contributing to the wider strategic growth of the department
• Advising clients on complex tax matters including restructuring, acquisitions, and tax planning strategies, acting as a trusted adviser
