Studio Coordinator/Manager | Architecture or Interiors Industry Experienced Required

We’re working with a design-led business based in Central London that is looking to hire an experienced Studio Coordinator/Manager to support its collaborative and fast-paced team.

This role would suit someone who understands the pace and coordination involved within architecture, interiors, or design studio environments and who enjoys supporting both people and projects behind the scenes.

Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the studio
  • Coordinating meetings, diaries, and schedules
  • Supporting project administration and studio operations
  • Managing suppliers, facilities, and office coordination
  • Assisting with onboarding and team support
  • Supporting leadership and wider project teams
  • Helping ensure the studio environment runs smoothly and professionally
We’re particularly interested in speaking with individuals who:
  • Have previous experience within an architecture, interiors, workplace design, or creative studio environment
  • Have worked within a Studio Coordinator, Studio Manager, or similar operational support role
  • Are highly organised and proactive
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Are confident managing multiple priorities within fast-paced environments
  • Enjoy working closely with people and supporting collaborative teams
