Childcare Tutor - Alternative Provision (Leicester)

We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate Childcare Tutors to work within an Alternative Provision setting in Leicester. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people who require additional support with their learning and personal development.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging, tailored learning sessions to small groups or on a 1:1 basis
• Support students with social, emotional and behavioural needs
• Build positive relationships and encourage confidence and progression
• Work collaboratively with support staff and safeguarding teams
• Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment

We Are Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people in education, childcare, youth work or support settings
• Tutors, Teaching Assistants, Childcare Practitioners or Support Workers welcome
• A patient, resilient and caring approach
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
