The Business
A fast-growing consumer fitness brand is looking for a creative Videographer to support its marketing and advertising efforts. The business places strong emphasis on visual branding, performance, durability, and lifestyle-led content. This role is focused on producing engaging, high-quality video content for paid advertising and social media platforms, with some photography responsibilities for product and social use.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing video content that drives engagement and sales. Working closely with the in-house marketing team, you’ll help shape content ideas, ad hooks, and creative concepts. The role is hands-on and fast-paced, with a strong focus on short-form, performance-driven content.

Duties include: 
  • Plan, shoot, and produce video content for paid ads and social media
  • Create short-form, high-performing content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta ads, etc.)
  • Film product-focused and lifestyle content showcasing equipment in use
  • Edit video content with fast turnaround and platform optimisation in mind
  • Liaise with an outsourced editing team to ensure consistency and quality
  • Capture product photography and social content when required
  • Manage lighting, camera setups, and on-site shoots
  • Maintain an organised library of video and image assets


Person
  • Proven experience in videography and content creation (portfolio required)
  • Strong understanding of short-form content and paid social advertising
  • Experience shooting and editing high-performing social media content
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects)
