Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and stimulating geography lessons that inspire curiosity about the world.
• Support students’ academic progress while encouraging critical thinking and environmental awareness.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and enhance student engagement.
• Assess and record students' progress, providing feedback and strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop teaching materials and participate in departmental activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong interest in geography with solid subject knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate young learners.
• Enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to professional development.
• Basic classroom management skills to create a conducive learning environment.
• Relevant qualifications or training in education are preferred but not essential.
