About the Role

We're looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join a busy manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Technician.

You'll be working in a fast-paced environment supporting the production of high-quality products, operating machinery and ensuring smooth production runs.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery across multiple lines
• Support liquid production and filling processes
• Carry out labelling tasks, including high-speed label changes
• Assist with packing runs and preparing finished products for dispatch
• Work across multiple production lines (up to 8 lines)
• Ensure all equipment is clean and maintained to high standards
• Handle liquid dispensing as part of the manufacturing process
• Complete basic equipment checks and report any issues
• Follow all health & safety and quality procedures

What We're Looking For

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment
• Good attention to detail, especially when handling labels and product quality
• Comfortable working with machinery and production equipment
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Desirable

• Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment
• Experience working with machinery or production lines
• Background in liquid filling, labelling, or packing
