• Deliver 1:1 support as a SEN Teaching Assistant for pupils with SEN
• Assist small groups as a SEN Teaching Assistant to support learning
• Work with children with autism, ADHD and SEMH needs as a SEN Teaching Assistant
• Support the class teacher and SENCO as a SEN Teaching Assistant
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement as a SEN Teaching Assistant

Requirements for a SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant or with children with SEN
• A calm, patient and flexible approach as a SEN Teaching Assistant
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Understanding of safeguarding and behaviour support
• Available for an immediate start as a SEN Teaching Assistant
