Job DescriptionThe Outbound Fleet Regional Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering UK Fuels’ strategic objectives and contributing to the overall success of the York office budget. This position is accountable for executing the company’s sales strategy at a regional level through the development of high-performing teams, the cultivation of strong customer and stakeholder relationships, and the identification of new business opportunities. Acting as a vital link between the sales teams and senior management, the Regional Sales Manager provides strategic insight, performance analysis, and market intelligence to drive sustainable growth and long-term business success.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and capable leader, skilled in developing and motivating the existing team while driving operational excellence in line with evolving business objectives. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the group will be essential to success in this role.
We look forward to welcoming you to our York office. This is a full-time, on-site position, working Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
