Primary Teacher – Leeds (Full Time)

Would you like to be part of a school where people genuinely work together and support each other day to day?

We’re working with a number of friendly primary schools across LS6 who are getting ready for the new academic year and are looking for a full-time Primary Teacher to join their teams.

If you enjoy teaching in a way that helps children feel confident, supported and excited to learn, this could be a really good next step.

You’ll be teaching across the primary curriculum, planning lessons that feel engaging and accessible, and creating a classroom where children feel safe, included and able to do their best. You’ll also be working closely with other staff who really pull together to get the best for their pupils.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has QTS and experience in a primary setting
  • Cares about how children learn and progress, not just results
  • Builds good relationships naturally with children and staff
  • Can manage a classroom in a calm, steady way
  • Brings patience and consistency to their teaching

What you can expect from Protocol Education:
We don’t just send you into a role and disappear. You’ll have a consultant who actually takes time to get to know you, what you’re looking for, and what kind of school suits you best.

You’ll also have access to ongoing CPD and training, so whether you want to build confidence in behaviour management, SEN support, or just keep developing your practice, there’s always something there to support you.

  • Daily pay between £140 – £240 depending on experience
  • Weekly PAYE pay
  • Ongoing support from your consultant
  • Free CPD and training opportunities
  • Access to welcoming, supportive primary schools across the area

If you’re looking for a full-time role where you can settle in, feel supported and actually enjoy going to work, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply today or get in touch with Protocol Education to find out more.
