The Role

Joining an established leadership team, you will take responsibility for managing and growing a portfolio of mid-market audit clients while contributing strategically to the wider growth plans of the firm.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing a portfolio of mid-market audit clients
  • Driving business development activity and identifying growth opportunities
  • Building and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and introducers
  • Leading audit engagements and ensuring exceptional client service delivery
  • Supporting and mentoring Directors and senior members of the audit team
  • Contributing to strategic planning and operational leadership initiatives
  • Playing a visible role in the market and representing the firm externally
About You

This opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced audit professional currently operating within a Top 10 firm environment who is seeking a more entrepreneurial platform and genuine influence within a growing business.

You will ideally possess:
  • RI (Responsible Individual) status
  • Significant UK audit experience within a recognised accountancy practice
  • Demonstrable success in business development and revenue generation
  • Strong mid-market client exposure
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities
  • Commercial awareness and a growth-focused mindset
  • Excellent relationship management and networking skills
