The Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor / HR Business Partner to join our clients growing People team on an interim basis, with an immediate start required. This is an exciting, purpose led business who are growing at pace.
As the organisation continues to expand its headcount, this role will play a critical part in supporting increased demand across HR operations. This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity where you’ll make a real impact from day one, supporting managers, driving recruitment activity, ensuring a seamless employee experience, support on HR projects and ER casework. While this is initially an interim requirement, there is strong potential for this role to evolve as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Provide practical, first-line HR advice to managers across a range of employee relations matters
Support end-to-end recruitment activity, including advertising roles, coordinating interviews, and managing offers
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle experience
Build strong, face-to-face relationships with stakeholders, becoming a trusted HR partner
Maintain accurate HR records and support ongoing process improvements
Assist with workforce planning and general HR operational support during a period of growth
Ideal candidate
Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities
Strong experience across employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations
Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships quickly with managers
Proactive, hands-on team player, and solutions-focused approach
Able to hit the ground running at short notice, must also be able to start at short notice
