Description

  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies and procedures.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Assist in employee relations cases, offering recommendations and solutions to resolve concerns.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to support decision-making processes.
  • Provide support in training and development initiatives to enhance employee performance.

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • Previous experience in a similar HR role.
  • A solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • CIPD qualification or working towards it would be advantageous.
