An established and growing legal practice is seeking a motivated Real Estate Solicitor (2–4 years PQE) to join its Birmingham-based team. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of real estate matters, delivering high-quality fee-earning work in line with departmental targets.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal procedures, and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to client retention and new business development.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the team and support wider marketing and business development initiatives.
• Keep up to date with legal developments and industry best practices through ongoing training and research.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2–4 years’ post-qualification experience in real estate law.
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Proven ability to manage caseloads effectively and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• A proactive and team-oriented approach.
