Part-Time Payroller

Reed Accountancy are seeking an experienced Part-Time Payroller to take full ownership of the weekly and monthly payroll processes within a busy and varied environment. This role is perfect for a payroll professional looking for part-time hours and offers flexibility in working hours.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Processing weekly and monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Managing end-to-end payroll, from data input through to final submission.
  • Using Sage 50 to process payroll and maintain payroll records.
  • Managing multiple rates of pay, varying working hours, and complex shift patterns.
  • Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation and internal procedures.
  • Resolving payroll queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining accurate employee and payroll records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an end-to-end payroll role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Sage 50.
  • Experience handling multiple pay structures, shift patterns, and working hours.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
  • Experience working with NAECI agreements would be advantageous, but is not essential.
