Full Job Description

An established and highly regarded independent firm of Estate Agents and Surveyors is seeking to expand its busy and successful Lettings & Property Management team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual currently working within the property sector who is looking for a new challenge within a fast-paced and professional environment.

The Role

This position will primarily focus on residential lettings, while also incorporating commercial property management responsibilities, offering a varied and dynamic workload.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing residential lettings processes from enquiry through to move-in
  • Coordinating property viewings, negotiations, and tenancy progression
  • Conducting interim property inspections, check-ins, and check-outs
  • Preparing and assisting with property inventories where required
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard
  • Supporting day-to-day property management activities across a varied portfolio
  • Assisting with the management of commercial property portfolios
  • Liaising with commercial tenants and landlords
  • Coordinating maintenance and compliance requirements for commercial premises
  • Supporting lease administration and renewals
  • Monitoring service charge activities where applicable


  • Processing rental income
  • Arranging payments to landlords and contractors
  • Supporting accurate financial record keeping

About You

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have prior experience within residential lettings and/or property management
  • Possess strong organisational and communication skills
  • Be comfortable handling a varied workload across both residential and commercial property
  • Ideally have experience using a property CRM system
  • Be proactive, professional, and customer-focused

Additional Information

  • This is a full-time, permanent role
  • Office-based in a central location, with some external appointments required- Full UK driving licence required
  • Working hours:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
    • Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
    • No weekend working

Salary

Up to £33,000 dependent on Experience
