Key Responsibilities
M&A Integration & HR Due Diligence/TUPE Tranfers
Lead HR due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions
Assess workforce-related risks including contracts, compensation, benefits, and liabilities
Drive post-merger integration, including organization design, workforce harmonization, and talent retention strategies
Lead and manage TUPE processes in line with UK regulations
Oversee employee consultations, union engagement, and communication strategies
Ensure compliant and seamless transfer of employees during business transitions
Organizational Transition & Change Management
Design and execute workforce transition programs (restructuring, outsourcing, insourcing)
Lead change management initiatives to support business transformation
Ensure continuity of operations while maintaining employee engagement
Employee Relations, HR Policy, Process & Governance.
Mitigate risks related to employee relations and potential litigation
Ensure compliance with labour laws, collective consultation requirements, and statutory obligations
Establish and standardize HR policies and processes across multiple jurisdictions
Ensure alignment with employment law, GDPR, and diversity & inclusion regulations
Build scalable HR frameworks to support ongoing business growth
Oversee redundancy programs and restructuring initiatives across the UK and Europe.
Handle Performance based exits in alignment with local laws/procedures.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to UK and European employment legislation
Partner with legal advisors on cross-border workforce governance
Implement HR audit and compliance mechanisms across Europe Countries.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives
Lead and guide HR teams across geographies
Support market entry, expansion, and workforce setup initiatives
Required Experience
10–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience in international environments
Strong track record in M&A HR integration and workforce transitions
Deep expertise in TUPE regulations and consultation processes
Experience managing multi-country HR operations across the UK and Europe
Proven experience in organizational restructuring and change management
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and European labour frameworks
Preferred Background
Experience in technology, consulting, or multinational services organizations
Exposure to private equity-backed or high-growth environments
Experience supporting international expansion and complex workforce models
Education & Qualifications
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field
CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) preferred
Additional certifications in employment law, HR transformation, or organizational change are advantageous
