Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
Performing bank reconciliations across 12 accounts, including USD and EUR
Managing intercompany transactions and reconciliations
Monitoring and working through the accounts payable inbox
Posting supplier invoices
Preparing and processing supplier payments
Posting payments and ensuring accurate allocation
Assisting with supplier statement reconciliations
Supporting broader reconciliation tasks, including balance sheet reconciliations
Assisting with accruals preparation
Collaborating with the wider finance team to meet deadlines
What you will need:
Previous experience in a similar accounts payable, purchase ledger, or accounts assistant role
Working towards AAT Level 3 minimum
Basic Excel skills
Comfortable working in a busy, team-based environment
Strong communication skills and a personable approach
Based in or able to commute to Southampton
