We are looking to hire an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our Northwood based team, focusing on front office investment banking hires.

This is a commercial, client facing role that sits at the intersection of sales, markets and advisory. You will be working with senior professionals within global banks, helping them make key hiring decisions that directly impact revenue and team performance.

The role is fast paced and intellectually engaging. It requires the ability to understand how financial markets operate, identify where hiring demand exists, and connect high calibre individuals with the right opportunities.

What you will be doing

• Speaking with candidates and clients within investment banking on a daily basis
• Mapping markets to understand team structures, hiring trends and key individuals
• Identifying opportunities to introduce candidates into live and future mandates
• Building relationships with senior professionals across Sales, Trading and Capital Markets
• Managing recruitment processes from initial conversation through to offer stage
• Working closely with senior consultants to develop your own client base over time

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in a recruitment, sales, business development or client facing role
• Degree educated with a strong academic background
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to absorb and process information quickly
• Someone who is naturally curious and asks questions rather than just follows instructions
• Commercial awareness and an interest in how businesses generate revenue
• The ability to connect information, spot patterns and act on them

Our office is based directly opposite Northwood Hills station, with on site parking available.

This role is best suited to candidates based within a reasonable commuting distance.
