Finance Administrator

• Hourly Rate £14.50 per hour
• Location: Warrington
• Job Type: Full Time, Temporary (with the potential to go permanent)

Are you an experienced Finance Administrator available at short notice? We’re currently working with a well-established business in the Warrington area who are looking to bring someone in on a temporary basis, with the opportunity for the role to become permanent.

This is a great opportunity to join a busy finance function where you’ll be involved in a mix of day-to-day transactional tasks and general finance support.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing and scanning invoices into the system
• Supporting daily reconciliations and maintaining accurate records
• Raising sales invoices and allocating incoming payments
• Carrying out account reconciliations including debtor and intercompany balances
• Assisting with month-end tasks including journals
• Maintaining Excel trackers and updating financial information
• Supporting with stock-related reconciliations
• General finance administration as required

Requirements

• Previous experience within a finance or accounts administration role
• Strong Excel and general IT skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Able to manage workload and work on your own initiative
• Confident communicator and team player
