Rate:  £150pd - £200pdWe’re looking for an energetic and commercially minded SDR to support a focused outbound campaign for a learning technology and workforce capability project.This is a short-term, high-impact engagement designed to test the market, generate conversations, and build qualified pipeline within a defined target audience.You’ll work closely with the project lead to identify prospects, execute outreach campaigns, and generate meetings with senior decision-makers across large UK organisations.About the ProjectThe campaign is focused on promoting a workforce capability and learning transfer platform that helps organisations improve competence, operational performance, and learning effectiveness at scale.Target sectors include:

•             Manufacturing

•             Utilities

•             Financial Services

What You’ll Be Doing

·         Researching target accounts and identifying relevant stakeholders

·         Building prospect lists aligned to agreed ICPs

·         Running outbound outreach via:

    • Email
    • LinkedIn
    • Phone calls

·         Personalising messaging where appropriate

·         Following up consistently to generate engagement

·         Booking qualified discovery meetings

·         Tracking activity and outcomes clearly

·         Feeding back market insight and messaging responses

Ideal Experience

  • SDR / BDR / outbound sales experience
  • Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting
  • Experience with email outreach & cold calling
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup or consultancy-style environment
  • Experience targeting HR, Operations, L&D, or transformation stakeholders is helpful but not essential
