As a Branch Manager, you will be offered:

• Basic salary up to £32,000 
• OTE £60,000+

As a Branch Manager, your duties will be:

• Leading, developing, and motivating a high-performing team
• Driving revenue and overall branch performance
• Generating new business and building strong client relationships
• Carrying out market appraisals and winning instructions
• Negotiating offers and seeing deals through to completion
• Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times

Requirements for the role of Branch Manager:

• Experience as a Branch Manager or Sales Manager within estate agency
• Strong knowledge of the local market (ideal)
• A proven track record in winning business and driving growth
• A natural leader with energy, ambition, and a hands-on approach
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
